    Frequently Asked Questions For SSM Clients Regarding COVID-19

    Are SSM classes running?

    SSM has currently postponed all in-person classes.  Live Remote Training calendar coming soon.

    Our office will be closed to the public during this time. The SSM team remains available to serve you.

    Designed to be interactive and easy to navigate, with courses like Fall Protection, Forklift and Hazard Recognition to name a few, it will feel just like being in the classroom! Check back here for schedule and calendar coming week of March 30.

     Is the SSM office open?

    The office is closed to the public.  SSM is very much open for business and continues to service our clients via email and phone.  We can all be reached at our individual emails.

     When do classes resume?

    Live Remote Training calendar and schedule will be posted shortly.  The date for in-person classes to start again has not been determined.  SSM is monitoring the situation daily and will announce the new dates when appropriate.

    When will my class be re-scheduled?

    SSM is monitoring daily the status of the COVID-19 virus.  Based on that information, SSM will determine when the right time is to re-schedule classes.  We will contact you directly at that time.  Please be patient with us.  We feel it is not prudent to re-schedule and then postpone a second time.  We will monitor the situation accordingly.

    Will I be issued a refund?

    SSM is postponing and re-scheduling all classes.  Yes, we will happily issue a refund if you cannot attend the newly scheduled class.  SSM will be contacting all students and moving to Live Remote Training where ever appropriate.

     

     

    I am required to take a Novice, Responsible or Defensive Driving Course, can I get an extension?

    Each person must contact MPI Driver Fitness directly at 204-985-1987.  We recommend drivers with deadlines contact MPI now.  Live Remote Training is coming.  Updates and calendars to be posted shortly.

    I need to get my motorcycle license asap.  What do I do now?

    Please be patient, we will do our best to re-schedule you once it is appropriate to do so.
